March 1st - this Thursday - PSAC National Day of Action - It*s Time to Stand Up for Public Services please participate on Thursday, March 1 at lunchtime.
On Thursday March 1, 2012 all PSAC locals are being asked to participate in a nation-wide day of action. We are asking that members take your lunch break outside, in a show of support against the Conservative Governments cuts to public services and public service workers.
This simple action of amassing outside your workplaces for lunch is meant to show our political representatives and the public that we are on the front-lines of protecting the services Canadians rely upon.
Contact your local executive members to inquire at what location outside your workplace you will be meeting.
By standing together, lets show Harper that we will defend public services for all Canadians!
